Description
The KY-024 Linear Magnetic Hall Sensor is an electronic component used to measure magnetic fields. It consists of a semiconductor material surrounded by an electromagnet. When a magnetic field is present near the sensor, electrical charges in the semiconductor material are affected, resulting in changes in the electrical resistance of the sensor. These changes can be measured by a microcontroller or other control unit to determine the strength and direction of the magnetic field. The KY-024 can be used in various applications, e.g. in industry to determine the position of machine components or in the navigation of robots and vehicles.
