Based on a powerful Raspberry Pi and the flexible Hyperion software, the system analyses the image content of your TV in real time and precisely controls LED strips that individually set the scene for your room ambience.

Our kit contains all the necessary components(except for the LED power supply), including an HDMI grabber that taps the picture signal directly from the source. Important: This functionality only applies if the signal source is via an external device - the TV is not supported as a signal source.

Thanks to Hyperion, you're not tied to the TV. You can also upgrade your gaming room by integrating gaming monitors. In addition, Hyperion allows you to connect and control WLED devices - so your Ambilight is not limited to one area of application, but can be expanded in many ways.

Unlike standardized ready-made solutions, with our DIY set you can configure the system entirely according to your wishes. Experiment with different light modes and effects and add additional features to your project as required.
