Description
With the help of this new ESP12F-based board can IoT projects now modular and simple be implemented. A plug-in system with sockets and plugs enables the connection of a variety of sensors to the mainboard via I2C. Depending on the project requirements, the board can be without major wiring effort and with little time and costs time and cost. In the future, many expansion boards will follow in the same form factor as the SHT30, SGP30 and BH1750 modules shown here!
The product offers above all newcomers or for projects with a small budget and tight schedule an easy way to realize what is planned.
SHT30-DIS-B - Temperature and humidity sensor expansion board
Humidity and temperature sensor in a tiny 8-pin DFN housing. Characterized by extended
signal processing, two different and user-selectable I2C addresses and
communication speeds of up to 1MHz.
- Fully calibrated, linearized and temperature compensated digital output
- Typical accuracy of +-1.5 % (humidity) and +- 0.1 °C (temperature)
BH1750 - Extension board for ambient light sensor
Small ambient light sensor for accurate measurements between 1 - 65535 lux, equipped with an I2C interface.
In addition to the choice between 2 I2C addresses, this sensor can also be freely calibrated, depending on external
external interferences.
- Very low light source dependency
- Low measurement deviation (+/- 20%)
SGP30 - VOCs gas sensor extension board
An ultra-low power gas sensor solution for the detection of a wide range of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), which can be used e.g. for air quality monitoring. An integrated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) and an I²C interface make the sensor particularly easy to use.
- Display of the eCO2 content or TVOC values
- Optimized power saving mode
The board is primarily designed for use in development environments where a low power supply is required. fast and efficient prototyping is required. The click system can save a lot of time, as neither complex wiring nor knowledge of the pin assignment of the individual sensors is required. With the help of a variety of expansion boards a lot of interesting projects that are housed on an attractive circuit board.
Project ideas would be e.g:
- Weather station (indoor/outdoor)
- Air quality monitor
- Ambient light sensor that automatically switches devices on via Wifi
- Sensor station with connection to a cloud dashboard
- ...
